L&L Hawaiian BBQ
Pro Temp successfully completed the demolition of an aging walk-in box at L&L Hawaiian BBQ and installed a brand-new, energy-efficient walk-in refrigeration system. Our team handled everything from safe removal and disposal of the old unit to full assembly, piping, electrical integration, and system commissioning of the new equipment. The upgraded walk-in box provides improved reliability, temperature consistency, and long-term performance—another quality project delivered with precision and professionalism.
RTU Replacement – Emergency Response During Summer Heat Wave
When a building owner suffered vandalism that damaged all three rooftop HVAC units during the peak of a summer heat wave, Pro Temp stepped in immediately. Our team quickly sourced, installed, and commissioned three new RTUs, restoring full cooling to the facility and minimizing downtime for the occupants.

Gogiro Korean BBQ & Shabu – Rooftop ERV Installation
Pro Temp installed two new rooftop Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) units to enhance ventilation and indoor air quality for Gogiro Korean BBQ & Shabu. The ERVs provide balanced airflow for the shabu stations, controlling humidity levels while introducing a steady supply of fresh outside air. This system also recovers energy from exhaust air, ensuring efficient heat transfer and improved overall HVAC performance.
Walk-In Cooler Installation for Aramark Expansion
Pro Temp successfully completed the installation of a new walk-in cooler to support Aramark’s expanding operations and additional storage requirements. The project involved the full setup and integration of the cooler system within the newly designated storage area.
